Oksana Grigorieva is an odd looking chick. Her face is a mish mash of awful plastic surgery. Lip augmented. Check. Rhinoplasty. Check. Cheek Implants. Check. Browlift. Check. Like most plastic surgery disasters, there was nothing wrong with her ‘before’ appearance. Hollywood is a bad place, huh?-
Just like Octomom, she should have just left well enough alone. So she didn't just get her jugs augmented but her whole face- looks jacked.

Right on sister, her face just was not natural...in fact typical hollyweird basic feature alterations (lips, cheeks, nose, etc.) were all recognizable on her face with the final effect being Octomom (who is btw is tryng to look like jolie, don't care what she says, sure didn't start off looking like a poor jolie imintation) Can you believe Mel fell for this garbage?! He is mad alright....

Maybe there are slight variations on the matter of size to lips, cheeks, etc., but this russian garbage, Octomom, S. Tyler (of Arrowsmith), L. Gastineau (of Gastineau girls fame), late Elaine May (of wife of somebody and Bevhills realtor to the entertainment industry), etc. ALL LOOK ALIKE, MUST'VE HAD THE SAME PLASTIC SURGEON...all "act" like attractive, but they're truly hideous on the eyes.
