Her cosmetic surgeon did a bang up job. She looks great...and no it isn't
because she gained weight because looking at the photo below you can
see she is still stick thin.
Brangeloonies better not write me and berate me saying she doesn't have
cheek implants because we know almost everyone in Hollywood has them.
They are easily installed through the upper gums.

verrrry interesting - her face looks so round now. it also looks like she put on...i'd say 7 pounds. she doesn't look as bony and stringy as she did before - still rail thin though.

It is obvious, isn't it. Her cheeks are closer to her nose now, and her jaw really looks like a shovel, it's so wide. Her face is more rounded instead of long and gaunt looking.
I was totally unaware of how they do these implants until I read about them here in one of your archived articles, how they place them in through the mouth...OUCH!

I thought she already had cheek implants...She definitely looks like she had something done again though.
She should really look into having that massive forehead vein reduced though!

actually, I'd say because not as gaunt & harsh, with some meat on her face makes her look more youthful (duh, tough to figure this one out huh) though the meat on her face had given her a square jaw and a BIG SQUARE FACE (yeah surgically enhanced, once upon a time when she looked normal, her face was never exploded square)...I kinda like a BIG OBLONG face, gaunt or not, for fashion than a square one.... Another BUBBLE HEAD! She does NOT have a proportioned look...almost GIada De Laurentis (a true bubble-head) only because the latter has shorter legs though far better meat distributed torso!

I think it is an improvement....she resembles Shiloh more now. I can see her being very jealous of Shiloh as she gets older--THATS why she dresses her in boy clothes all the time

I know, isn't it amazing...Shiloh was gorgeous, great bone structure, and a lot of people had written how truly stunning this toddler as a baby was. Then all that to take her shine away and succeeding. Not just the boy clothes but she does already look and act (or those picture shots) like a lesbian...is lacking in that unmistakable daintiness of straight females regardless of age......not sure why Brad chooses to remain silent of this transformation..........poor girl has freaks as parents
