WHEN DUMB PEOPLE DIET

Photoshopped Head
Gwyneth Paltrow is not too bright. Common knowledge but you have to be a special kind of dumb
to admit the following on your website...
From Goop:
Vitamin D
I suffered a pretty severe Tibial plateau fracture a few years ago (requiring surgery) which lead the orthopaedic surgeon to give me a bone scan, at which point it was discovered I had the beginning stages of osteopenia. This led my western/eastern doctors in New York to test my Vitamin D levels, which turned out to be the lowest they had ever seen (not a good thing). I went on a prescription strength level of Vitamin D and was told to…spend a bit of time in the sun! I was curious if this was safe, having been told for years to stay away from its dangerous rays, not to mention a tad bit confused. As we are all well schooled in the dangers of overexposure to the sun, I thought it would be interesting to hear Dr. Frank Lipman’s very informative (if possibly incendiary) opinion on the benefits of sunshine. Below is his article about the dangers of Vitamin D deficiency and the benefits of catching a few summer rays sensibly....
The lowest levels of Vitamin D they've ever seen? So basically all of your fasting, cleanses and diets over the
years has basically reduced you to a third world child living in poverty. We don't know her causes for such bone
loss but if the levels are that low for someone in their 30's it usually goes hand in hand with a non healthy living
style. Remember this is the woman who landed herself in a NYC hospital because of her fasts. Not one to really
take advice from as she just can't seem to do anything right. In her admittance in this week's newsletter she pretty
much negates all of her diet advice along with pulling her post about a dangerous fast when she first started the blog.
Don't take any advice from this woman and question her site's contributors.
I know from a sick person who had a condition that required him to take large amounts of calcium and vitamin D that you
would never know he was sick by looking at him. So I started taking calcium supplements (even those caramel
chew ones) and the whites of my eyes brightened and my skin radiated. So when I have an event coming up and I
want to look my best, calcium is it.
In other news, let's congratulate Gwyneth on getting her own star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame.
