SEE THE STORY BEHIND THE STORY
Here's a little piece from Radar about Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry. On the surface, there really isn't that much of a story. Now if you know a little bit about Halle's background you will probably hear the alarm bells go off. This doesn't seem like a man hell bent on being in his daughter's life so much but a man who is actually in fear for his daughter's safety. He knows something. He knows something and it will come out if he takes this custody battle to court.
Everyone knows fathers rarely ever get sole custody of their children unless the mother can be proven a threat to herself and others around her. She's possibly paying him off to keep him silent. It could ruin her career. Her career could stretch for decades because she has some acting chops to fall back on. She just isn't the beautiful aging star who will be put out to pasture by Hollywood execs once she reaches a certain age. That will probably never be the case with her because she is in a sense, ageless. A few tweaks here and there and she will appear to be in her late 30's for a very long time. Give her the right role and a manipulative director and she can bring it.
I just can't forget that hit and run incident but more importantly is that she tried to gas herself in her car. She brought her dogs in the car with her. So her intent was to murder-suicide really. That speaks volumes about someone. Even if you or I snapped and wanted to off ourselves, wouldn't we leave a note as to who we wanted to take care of our pets? It would never occur to us to take their lives. Gabriel knows this.

So, keep your eye on the developments of this scenario because if it blows up and the truth starts leaking out it will be right up there with the scandals that have broken recently.

Are you saying she's mentally unstable and could stand to lose custody of her daughter to her ex? That story on her tried to commit a suicide was discussed on Oprah a few years back, said she fell bk on her mom because she's strong (yeah, this after her breakup with the baseball player...) Thanks.

Quite frankly, it appears as though she got used in this relationship. He's wanting to get known (was relatively unknown except in male modeling world)and she was the ticket way to celebry-dom...hey, we all recognize him now. Not sure how he would leapfrog from this to a true celebrity on his own though...then there's a part that most of us think, then would go to a young, tall slinky blond. Aren't we screwed....

Halle was very vocal about wanting to have a baby even before she hooked up with Gabriel. So I'm not sure who may have been using who.

I was aware of everything in your post. I don't know how I missed it, but I had not heard that she had her dogs with her when she tried to gain sympathy by pretending to off herself. That really floored me and I have to say that I will never look at her the same ever again. Fuck Her!
