...Well, I am not going to lie(Naw, you, never!), the process was an arduous one. I asked my business partner (Ding, ding, ding!) and trainer Tracy Anderson if she would share with us (Oh, how nice of her) the terrifically difficult leg series she made for me to do during the filming of the movie. This 26 minute long video was an amazing start for getting the butt and legs I had always hoped for. I did this leg series after doing 45 minutes of Tracy’s dance cardio and her arm series (these can be found on her DVD's)[Oh, thanks for plugging yourself and it's "DVDs"]. Also, to really get in line,I followed her strict diet for 5 days to lose my extra winter weight.Now, I am not a good dieter and I cannot ever do it for long, only when there is a goal in sight( you've been dieting for at least 10 yrs, remember that macrobiotic thing?), which there was in this case. This regime got me into the shape of my life and I continue to return to it when I have a specific event so that I can do ridiculous things like be a 37 year old mother of two and wear shorts! (That is wacky!) An extra special thank you to Tracy for her generosity (such a generous woman for plugging our business deal) in providing us with this incredible content free of charge! I almost wanna slap her in the face. This beyotch needs to stop thinking so highly of herself & get someone to write this copy for her. It's so full of contradictions! So transparent and self promoting. Only an idiot couldn't see through this. She's using her last hurrah in a money making movie franchise role ( a favor from RDJ) to promote her new business ventures as she knows she's being put out to pasture by the film industry.
So won't you please support her, you American peasants?
This one is always dieting. Always torturing herself with her obsession with food in an effort to mold herself into that educated, pretty Waspy woman image. Gwyneth just get the boob job/lift and maybe a butt implant and call it a day. All the working out in the world is not gonna raise up those flapjacks of yours and shorten your long ass. That's why she's obsessed with all of this dieting and working out stuff. See pics of her earlier days below. We don't have these problems genetically so we aren't going along with this ride. She's on her own.
