Now I understand Brangelina suddenly seeming reclusive because as you can see a few posts back, Angelina Jolie must be mortified.
Let's see. Hmmm. How would a savvy PR rep handle this? I would leak an exclusive to The National Enquirer myself. A small item that isn't favorable and then have the means to totally prove it false. Or maybe, just maybe, I'd throw some other story out there about my health to divert gossip.
It's not gonna work in this case as we all have eyes and can see 'The Twins' look learning disabled. People commenting on blogs will know. Not the dumb commenters, though. What do you think their next move will be?
From a PR point of view it is best to ignore it. We'll see if they are that media savvy. My take is this, or at least what I would do:
Leak a fake health scare with one of the twins. You find a condition that results in high fevers. Then you leak the news that both of the twins had 'physical' problems and that their "condition" started in (with the fevers) a few weeks after birth. This way Angelina Jolie deflects the fault some will say has occurred b/c of her alleged drug use.

So, just look out for this because this was THE BIGGEST EXCUSE people in past centuries would use when they had a child with developmental disabilities.
Scarlet Fever. Parents w/children without the full on Down Syndrome look (chromosome missing) have relied on this for years but since antibiotics are readily available today, that excuse is moot and now some PR person needs to find a particular syndrome or disease that fits.
Have we learned nothing about John Travolta's denial
that his son was obviously on the Autism Spectrum? Come on. We're better that that.

The twins definitely have both physical and mental developmental issues based on people's reaction (almost unilateral) and their parents actions not denying any of it. What's brewing quietly in the back is Shiloh's cross-gender-ness. Being labeled a tomboy is one thing but physically she does not have the delicate femininity of a female toddler whatsoever, for someone who is not aware of any of gender issues or being a girl looking like a boy, not even trying, she looks physically like a dyke. None of the celebrity babies no matter how homely may dress one way and tomboyish but their gener is clear, not confusing like Pitt dyke (some pictures show her mannerisms of a boy, does not look a girl at all.) In short, don't think this is a simple matter of looking&acting like a boy; bet there are some chromosomal issues with this one as well.... Pitt's got a lifetime of problems by settling for a genuine bisexual weirdo, and those are based just on what's observable This one like Kidman gives me the creeps

We didn't know much about travelta son being retarded (well he was) and what camera had captured to his death had all looked relatively normal...well some pictures did look suspicious. Bet Jolie twins will be treated the same way, those overly obviously developmentally challenged pictures will never be published. And their seemingly normal sister is likely not. Jolie should not have any more babies, it's as simple as that. Boy, Pitt had made a big life mistake

Yeah, I was pulling weeds last week and thinking what a fucking moron Brad Pitt is and how he must be mortified that everyone knows the deal. They'll never have or adopt another kid b/c they split when the twins were diagnosed early '09, I suspect. His actions following that time are a dead give away. Especially him going off to the chateau in France while Ang was right here in my neighborhood, Long Island.

So is that the twin Jolie delivered or the one Holly delivered? Either way, I can't wait till they all reach puberty and show her the error of her crazy ways.
I read somewhere that the Travolta's, at one point, tried to blame household cleaning products on Jett's problems. Apparently keeping your house clean is an acceptable "thing" in their religion.
