  She has, I think, what's termed as a "weak" chin, as opposed to a "prominent" or "strong" chin. Have seen some with "super weak" chin, where from the bottom lip to neck slope down inwardward to the neck. Just what God gave you, I guess, notice that weak chinned people do tend to build skin folds down there and could look chubbier in the face. She never marketed herself as a great beauty, more a chick next door, so no great crime committed as far as beauty is concerned, I guess (it's always these b*** with or without surgery that try to be someone they weren't born with...that make a further mess of themselves with surgeries like...P Anderson, Shauna something, I'm eating shortly so need to keep my appetite) She is appearing more and more bit*y in films tho, part of that might be the age thing, over 30, that all smile all American sweet pie image is almost gone with this actress tho.
