Listen, a personality disorder ends up in the psych realm because it really f's with the sufferer's life. We all have a little bit of this but the difference is the person with the personality disorder never learns. Normal people find another way when these ideologies don't work but the person afflicted w/the personality disorder keeps blaming others, never takes a different tact and never sees their foibles. Most are life long. You may know a parent (God help you) or a friend afflicted with this dis-ease.
