Why is it everyone this one comes into contact with goes off the deep end? First there was a long winded public feud with Charlie then the two children suffered and needed to visit therapists.  Heather has her psychiatrist call 911 dispatcher to check on her in her home...something about a suicide attempt. Soon after that Richie gets popped for a DUI with their daughter in the vehicle. The news breaks that Heather has checked into a rehab, stays for a month and low and behold not more than two months later she's busted for a DUI. Surely her child is suffering having both her parents with mugshots in less than six months.  THERE IS ONE COMMON DENOMINATOR HERE: DENISE RICHARDS!
